Post-jam Patch

After releasing the jam game and collating a bunch of great feedback it felt only right to give the game one more patch to clean up all the loose ends and niggly bits.

• added boost pads: temporarily gain a speed boost and score multiplier
• added online highscore leaderboards (via .exe only currently)
• added an options menu which also pauses the game
• touch input support (touch input overrides normal mouse input)
• further improved scoring to add multiple strategies to obtain high scores! it's not so obvious how to go the farthest now!
• increased quantity of money bags for improving choice of playstyle & scoring
• further improved truck collision when turning (it is now possible to diagonally cut across obstacles for clutch escapes)

Hopefully this rounds out the game in a nice way as this'll likely be the last patch for it. Please do leave any further feedback though, it is greatly appreciated!
